Placement Tips!

• Consider placing the shelter in a location where water does not accumulate during rain. Choose the driest spot in the pasture with high elevation and good drainage if possible. If you have access to good filling material and a tractor, why not spend a little time creating a well-drained bed?
• Also, think about the prevailing wind direction and position the front of the tent away from the direction where the wind usually blows the least.
• For maximum shade and natural protection against insects, position the shelter's opening in the northeast direction.

Delivery Time After Order!

Since the product is available for ordering with different thickness/weight in g/m2 of the PVC fabric, in a selectable color, and even with a logo, we do not stock the product. It is manufactured upon order and shipped directly to you. This means that delivery times may vary and are approximately 1.5 - 2 months.

Important to Note!

Depending on how you plan to use the shelter, different rules and regulations apply. These are presented in SJVFS 2012:12, the Swedish Board of Agriculture's regulations and general advice on prior approval; Case No. L 35. Whether you use the product solely as a shelter or as a stable, rules apply regarding a certain maximum number of animals that have access or are located/have access to it. Read the rules and follow them. If you are unsure, contact the Swedish Board of Agriculture for advice.

Delivery and Assembly:

The delivery includes steel arches and a complete set of gates for the long sides and the rear, with two stabilizing struts up to the roof. The front is complete with two opening gates and two stabilizing struts up to the roof. The tent cover is a high-quality tarpaulin PVC with a weight of 610g/sqm, 750g/sqm, 900g/sqm depending on your choice. A complete assembly kit with galvanized sturdy ground anchors, screws, ropes, fasteners, etc., is included.

Please Note!

When this product is delivered, a machine for unloading, such as a forklift or tractor, is required, and you as the buyer are responsible for the cost and availability of this equipment! So, when the delivery arrives, you or someone else must be present to receive and unload it! Make sure to plan and coordinate this well in advance.

Building Permit!

A tent hall is considered part of the category of temporary buildings and therefore does not require specific permits or building permits. Temporary constructions/buildings, such as various forms of tent halls, should be able to be easily assembled and dismantled on multiple occasions to fall under this category. Since no changes/permanent surfaces are made at the location where the tent hall is placed, no building permit is required. Usually, you do not need to apply for building permits for temporary constructions, although it may vary in different municipalities and depending on the location/land you are on. Our tip is always to contact the building committee in your municipality to get information on what applies when setting up the product you have chosen!
