Instructions:

1) Unscrew the lid from the bottle until it is open, the black activated carbon cartridge is connected to the lid. Remove the white ceramic cartridge from the package and then insert the ceramic cartridge into the bottom of the black cartridge.

2) Pour untreated water into the bottle. Unscrew the lid with the ceramic and activated carbon cartridge on the (clockwise) bottle.

3) Close the air valve (clockwise) close to the rubber lamp.

4) Press the rubber cap repeatedly until the filtered water flows out of the outlet hose.

5) Adjust the outlet hose to allow filtered water to flow into the container.

6) After filling the water tank with filtered water or meeting your need, stop clamping on the lamp, open the air valve (counterclockwise) to allow the air to flow inside the bottle, otherwise the filtered water will continue to flow out.

7) Unscrew the lid, pour the remaining water into the bottle and then screw the lid back on the bottle.

8) Store the sports water filter in the waterproof fabric bag.
