No gas or gasoline is required to generate heat, making the entire process significantly safer and easier. The activation takes place through a heat pack containing minerals and sand. The heat is activated when water is added. The lunch box can be used indoors, for example in a tent or other confined spaces, as it does not emit any carbon monoxide. After 20 minutes, the temperature reaches about 80 degrees in the lunch box.
1. Separate the stainless steel container from the plastic container
2. Place the heat bag in the bottom of the plastic container
3. Use the packaging of the heat pack to measure the correct amount of water
4. Add water to the plastic container
5. Wait until the heating bag is activated
6. Place the food you want to cook in the stainless steel lunch box and then place it in the plastic container
7. Put the lid on
8. Wait while the food cooks in the sealed container.
