Delivery time
Normal delivery time is about 3 days for goods in stock. During peak season and on weekends it may take longer. Sometimes we are out of town at fairs, etc., and this can also delay.
Dispatch
We ship your letters / packages by mail. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping company.
Shipping
Shipping charges for an order are charged for the actual weight, this happens automatically in the shop and the cost of shipping shown at checkout. Pricing is done by Posten postage table for letters and packages.
For unwanted, returned product the customer is responsible for postage.
Backordered products
Backordered products, you can easily pre-book via email to order@z-aim.com. We will send cash on delivery, you pay when you receive the goods.
Or we will email you when they come.

- Cash on delivery
Cost: SEK 50
Normal shipping cost for the item list will, however, unless otherwise agreed. You are trading against traditional pay when you pick up goods. You do not have to provide personal identification for using payment by cash on delivery.

Cost: £ 0
You pay with your Visa or Mastercard through DIBS 100% safe.
DIBS system is approved by all Swedish banks and certified according to PCI DSS by Visa and MasterCard for arranging payment transactions in the highest security. All communication between the store and your bank is handled by DIBS and encrypted via SSL -128 bit (Secure Sockets Layer). Through our collaboration with Handelsbanken Finans you can part-pay for your purchases, large and small. You choose the spending, that fits your total purchase amount would best up to 80 000. Complaints and return policy
It is always a guarantee for products you purchase (1 year), unless otherwise indicated on the product. Note that riflescopes, some carrion cameras etc can have a longer warranty then given separately. Damage to the package and not picked up package
If you discover damage to the package, you should immediately notify the post office or other carrier and make a claim. Do not collect a damaged package!
